As of October 18, 2023, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid. All inquiries should be submitted via our bidding system before 2:00 p.m. on September 29, 2023, in case an Addendum is necessary. Anticipated Award Date is October 23, 2023, and Notice To Proceed will be issued By October 24, 2023. All blank spaces for bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and in both words and figures. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder, his/her address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified in the bid form. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for opening the bids, as well as bids received after the time set for receipt of bids, WILL NOT be considered and will be RETURNED UNOPENED. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Each bid submitted is a legal offer and when accepted by the City, constitutes a FIRM AND BINDING CONTRACT. The City reserves the right to REJECT ANY or ALL BIDS. The City of Edmond reserves the unconditional right to cancel all or any portion of this project within thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids, for any reason and at its sole discretion. By submitting a bid for services, the bidder certifies that they, and any proposed subcontractors, are in compliance with 25 O.S. 1313 and participate in the Verification System. The Verification System is defined in 25 O.S. 1312 and includes but is not limited to the free Employment Verification Program (E-Verify) available at Electronically. (9-20, 9-27-23). This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and plant to perform all necessary labor for the construction of the Edmond City Hall & Parking Garage, Bid Package 3 inclusive of Bid Package 03A - Building Concrete, 05A - Structural Steel, 21A - Fire Protection, 22A/23A - HVAC & Plumbing, 26A/28A - Electrical & Fire Alarm, 31A - Earthwork and 33A - Site Utilities
