It will be an open, non-heated, structure that consists of caisson foundations, wood frame construction c/w glulam beams, timber poles, T&G roof with diamond tile metal finish. The supporting site features include fixed picnic style seating, stone dust/crushed clay ground covering, feature plantings of medicinal and cultural significance, new trees, armour stone, sod, lighting and power connections. Due to the proximity of the nearby service tunnel crossing the BMH Green, the project includes the concrete restoration and re-waterproofing of a section of the tunnel. There will be grading work and reworking of stormwater lines. Indigenous Gathering Circle is an outdoor gathering space. The timber structure to be located on BMH Green Main Campus. This is a two envelope submission including Pre-Qualification (Part A) and Bid Submission (Part B) PART A - PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR GENERAL CONTRACTORS, ELECTRICAL AND ROOFING SUBCONTRACTORS Bid Documents are available at https://uwaterloo.bonfirehub.ca/
