Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Contractors who have submitted a bid are invited, but not required, to attend the bid opening. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/) and the Drug Free Workplace Act (30 ILCS 580/). All contractors and subcontractors shall demonstrate experience on projects of similar size and type. While this project is not administered by the Capital Development Board all contractors and subcontractors must be pre-qualified with the CDB for a minimum of 45 days.
