The scope of work includes all necessary permits, labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the Fire Protection scope. The work involves the installation, modification, removal, and reinstallation of the Fire Protection system at the specified project location. The Fire Protection work will be carried out in compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations. as described in the drawings and specifications. The contractor will also provide accurate as-built drawings and Maintenance and operation Manuals upon completion of the work. The as-built drawings should reflect the final installed Fire Protection system and any modifications made during the project. Maintenance and Operation manuals at substantial completion for all new equipment, including operating and maintenance data, submittals, warranties, diagrams, inspection reports, and valve lists. Submit the maintenance manuals in a 3-ring binder or on a DVD format. Provide the owner with two copies of the maintenance manuals.
