The project scope includes all renovations needed to address current deficiencies and to upgrade all building and site facilities, systems, and finishes at or near the end of their useful life, and design capacity. The scope also provides for the remodeling of existing spaces to support current programs, and identify functional equity space needs, life safety, and accessibility requirements.
