Bid Packets Must Be Accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety From a Surety Company Holding a Certificate of Authorization to Do Business in the State of New Jersey and Either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check Drawn to the Order of "Pennsauken Township " for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10 %) of the Total Bid Price Amount, Except That the Check Shall Not Exceed $20,000.00 The Scope of Work Contemplated for the Abovenamed Project Includes the Construction of a Four Season Dining Area Building Addition Approximately 1,300 Square Feet, and Removal and Replacement of the Second Floor Dining Room Deck and Ramp Approximately 3,200 Square Feet and New Exterior Stairs. Site Work Including Asphalt Paving and Concrete Work is Also Included as Well as All Other Work of Any Type or Description Necessary for Completion of the Project, Whether or Not Specifically Described in These Contract Documents. All Work on This Contract Shall Be Completed Within One-hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed.
