General Description of Ravine Park Sanitary Sewer Improvements: Rehabilitation of the existing sanitary sewer main using proposed cured in place pipe (CIPP) sewer lining and construction of a stabilized access made up of grass turf reinforcement for the length of the existing sewer main to provide access to facilitate maintenance, inspections, and any future repairs. The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within calendar days from the date of the execution of the Contract. The CONTRACTOR shall commence the work not later than 10 calendar days after the execution of the Contract. The completion time shall include, but not be limited to, the time necessary to prepare shop drawings, to order, process and deliver all equipment and materials, to obtain necessary permits and approvals, to perform the proper installation contemplated under this contract and all else necessary and incidental in connection with the performance of the Contract. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel power, water, and performing all work as required in the Statement of Work in the contract, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail drawings as may be furnished by the ENGINEER from time to time during the prosecution of the work in explanation of said drawings.
