This project is an interior renovation of an existing business area of the public works facility. The renovation includes reconfiguration of space of the existing meeting room, restrooms, locker room, corridors, and electricians' office. The newly configured space will Provide an operable partition to separate the meeting room into two Training spaces when desired, add a waiting room and single-user Restroom, and add a staff gym while reconfiguring the restrooms, Corridors and the electricians' office. Additionally, the two existing Meeting room exterior windows will be removed and replaced with Impact resistant windows. Also, to support new mechanical loads. The building's chiller system is to be upgraded. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
