**As of October 19, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Project: Work consists of the following 1. Approximately 170ft of 4 inch cast iron sewer main descaled and lined with an epoxy liner that is sewer machine serviceable. 2. This liner will start at newly installed PVC piping, and terminate at the bottom of the slope in PVC piping. (2 cleanouts in parking lot for access, manhole in lower driveway). 3. This line services the entire Elementary school sewer system and will need to be installed during a holiday/summer break. 4. Product shall include a 20 year minimum warranty. Furnish and Install Sewer Main Lining at Hardy Elementary School The District requires that Bidders possess any of the following classification(s) of California State Contractors License(s), valid and in good standing, at the time of bid opening and contract award: C-36. Each bid must be submitted on the Bid Form provided in the bid package and shall be accompanied by a satisfactory bid security in the form of either a bid bond executed by the bidder and Surety Company or a certified or cashier's check in favor of the San Diego Unified School District, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their bid value. Said bid security shall be given to guarantee that the Bidder will execute the contract as specified, within five (5) working days of notification by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. The project estimate is between $25,000 and $32,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
