The City of Chino is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials and services needed as related to the Chino Rancho Park Development Project. The Contractor shall possess a valid California Class "A" contractor's license from the time the bids are due and throughout the entire term of the contract. City will not award this Contract to a Bidder who fails to possess the required licenses. Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bon 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% All questions or requests for interpretation regarding this bid solicitation must be submitted online before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Removal of debris and clear & grub entire site. Adjacent street improvements, street signing and striping, street streetlight, and existing dry utility relocations per plans. Construction of concrete paving, asphalt paving, concrete curbs & gutters, accessible parking stalls, striping, ramps, signage, restrooms, picnic shelter, play equipment, pickle ball courts, fencing, gates exercise stations, site furnishings, planting and irrigation. WORK SCHEDULE: The Project or Work is anticipated to begin on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. The Project or Work must be completed within 120 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Contractor must be able to start Tuesday, November 28, 2023 and completed by Friday, May 10, 2024. If contractor cannot start on this date, contractor should not bid job.
