Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance (see paragraph 8 below), etc. necessary to perform a full installation of two (2) mini split systems with five (5) air handlers in total, in the Kitchen at the Victor Cullen Center. 1.Contractor to provide and set two (2) pads on existing roof. 2.Contractor to provide and set two (2) Mitsubishi Model MXZSM60NAMU1 units on pads (1 unit per pad). 3.Contractor to provide and mount two (2) Mitsubishi Model MSZGS30NA2U1, two (2) Mitsubishi MSZGL24NAU1, one (1) Mitsubishi MSZGL12NAU2 on interior wall of kitchen and dish room areas. 4.Contractor to provide and mount two (2) Mitsubishi OACMKA32BC Branch Boxes. 5.Contractor to provide and install all line sets, adapters, and fittings needed to connect all components. 6.Contractor to provide and install slim duct to cover all line sets. 7.Contractor to provide and install two (2) disconnects, one (1) at each exterior unit. 8.Contractor to provide all materials needed to wire from main breaker panel to disconnect at each unit. Then from disconnects to exterior units. 9. Contractor is to provide and install needed control wire to and from all units. 10. Contractor is to provide and install five (5) condensate pumps and drainpipe. 11. Contractor is start and check both system for proper operation. This is a SBR Project for a contractor to furnish and install a mini-split A/C System in the Kitchen at Victor Cullen Center, Sabillasville, MD 21780 There is no MBE Goal on this project.
