The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), College Park Regional Office, Enroute Construction, has a new construction effort for the removal of existing and replacement of two (2) new split-system HVAC systems including but not limited to furnaces, evaporator coils, condensing units and thermostats in the Guard House at the Memphis (ZME) Air Route Traffic Control Center {ARTCC} in Memphis, TN. This project is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 238220, size standard of $19 million. The Request for Offer (RFO), including HVAC Specifications including Drawings and DOL Wage Rates, are attached to this Announcement. SITE VISIT: A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 9:00 am Central Time. Due to security requirements all attendees must have a valid photo ID (i.e. state driver's license) to gain access to the site. All contractors must register with a list of attendees (First and Last Name; Company) by Friday, October 6, 2023, to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov. Any attendee not on the official list will be denied access to the facility. All questions regarding this RFO must be emailed to Jacqueline.T.Jones@faa.gov by 2:00pm EDT; Thursday, October 12th.
