We extend this bid to cover all labor, materials, and necessary essentials to for a complete electrical lighting and power systems, complete with necessary auxiliaries as indicated on the drawings and specifications. Removal of existing electrical equipment not being reused. Owner has first right of refusal. The following Louisiana State license shall be required for this project: Electrica Surety Bond - A 5% "ELECTRONIC" Bid Bond is required with bid submission. Performance Bond - A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the total bid price is required at the signing of the contract. If the successful bidder does not provide a performance bond, the bid may be awarded to the next or subsequent successful bidder. Payment Bond - A Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the total bid price is required at the signing of the contract. Jefferson Parish reserves the right to cancel any contract at anytime and for any reason by issuing a Thirty (30) day written notice to the contractor. Bidders should submit all questions in writing via email to the Purchasing Specialist's email address as indicated above, no later than Five (5) working days prior to the bid opening.
