Prevailing Wage Rates Apply The following adjustments, revisions, and clarifications are hereby incorporated into the plans, specifications, and contract documents: 1. A pay items for HMA Pavement Patching has been added. This pay item will be used for HMA areas behind proposed curbs at driveways and for curb slots at road intersections. Please use that attached Schedule of Prices and see the revised special provision page for details on the cross section. 2. The Schedule of Prices was revised for the following quantities. Please use the revised schedule for bidding. a. Geotechnical Fabric b. Aggregate Base Course Type B c. HMA Binder Course d. HMA Surface Course Proposed Improvement This project consists of removal of existing alleys, drives, curb and gutter removal, and sidewalk removal. Improvements include alley reconstruction, driveway reconstruction, storm sewer construction, curb and gutter construction, sidewalk construction, and manhole frame adjustments, trench backfill, and restoring disturbed areas This project consists of pavement removal, driveway removal, curb and gutter removal, and sidewalk removal. Proposed improvements include new alley pavement, driveway reconstruction, storm sewer construction, curb and gutter, sidewalk, manhole adjustment, valve adjustment, and restoration of disturbed areas.
