Oconomowoc Parkway Sanitary Sewer Relay 47-10087.200 Est. Value: $ 1,765,000.00 Est. Completion Date: May 22, 2024 Pre-Qualification: Yes Pre-Bid Meeting Info: No Pre-Bid Meeting. Project involves sanitary sewer relay of approximately 2,635 linear feet of 18-inch diameter sewer, and 180 linear feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer with 36-inch casing pipe jacked or augered. Includes the replacement of asphaltic and concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and pavement markings, traffic control, erosion and sediment control measures, restoration of disturbed areas and miscellaneous appurtenance required to complete restoration. All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of City of Oconomowoc and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to City of Oconomowoc at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Oconomowoc equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc as liquidated damages.
