Poverty Point Parkway Water Main The Project includes the following Work: Construct approximately Water Main, Valves, Bores, and Related Work. Owner anticipates that the ProjectÕs total bid price will be approximately $ 500,000.00. The Project has an expected duration of 150 calendar days. All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. bidding documents shall not be waived by any entity. Construct approximately 16,832'-8" dia. Class 150, C-900 water main, valves, bores, tie-ins and related work. There are no water meters (residential) on this project. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
