The Cosumnes Community Services District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to remodel the golf shop at Emerald Lakes Golf Course in Elk Grove, CA. The scope of services includes a full range of ("turnkey") services from planning to installation of improvements to the golf shop. The project limits are intended to be within the existing interior footprint of the golf shop. The project scope and budget is not intended to add to the building footprint or have any significate exterior improvements. The District will endeavor to administer the proposal process in accordance with the terms and dates outlined below; however, the District reserves the right to modify the terms, activities, timeline, or any other aspect of the process at any time, as it deems necessary Question Deadline 10/13/2023 at 4:00 PM PT The District is looking to modernize their golf shop and capitalize on merchandising potential. The scope of services includes a full range of ("turnkey") services from planning to installation of improvements to the golf shop. The project limits are intended to be within the existing interior footprint of the golf shop. The project scope and budget is not intended to add to the building footprint or have any significate exterior improvements.Services include: Analysis of current space, and market trends to support recommended improvements. Prepare a design/improvement plan that maximizes merchandise potential. Removal of existing interior improvements. These could include existing slat wall, flooring, cabinetry, front and back counters to accommodate improvements. Procurement and installation of improvements. The budget for this retrofit project limits improvements to mainly demolition/removal of existing cabinetry and service counter; furnishing a new service counter and new display shelving and cabinetry for merchandise sales. The District envisions the following improvements, but will rely on vendors for their ideas that best fit to need of the project: o Removal of existing items to be replaced o New service counter(s) o At front counter, consider golf ball display/storage, built in single ball/logo ball display, glove display; storage and organization shelves/cabinets for staff behind the front counter and or at back counter o Waterfall apparel display on the walls o Tiered hat display o Displays with storage capabilities for spare inventory o Tiered golf bag display on a wall o New slat walls where needed o Displays in the center of the room for impulse merchandise items (e.g. tees, ball markers, golf club towels) o Space for open refrigerator (45 5/8" W x 25 5/8" D x 81 1/2 " H)
