One-time bid pricing for furnishing of combination signal supports and bracket arms, in accordance with the Departments specifications and procedures for Combination Signal Supports and Bracket Arms. 4 each - Combination Signal Support, Type TC-81.22, Design 13 4 each - Bracket Arm, 15 Delivery shall be made by 7/1/24. All deliveries shall be coordinated to ensure proper storage and hand-off methods are in place. Deliveries must be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding State of Ohio holidays, unless special permission is granted by the Department to temporarily waive or adjust this requirement. The supports shall be shipped with each supports associated hardware separately boxed/crated labeled, packaged, and secured. This includes all hardware except the foundation anchor bolts, washers, and nuts. Manufacturers recommended anchor bolts shall be delivered in bundles. A bundle shall consist of all required anchor bolts and mounting hardware. The mounting hardware shall be installed on each bolt when shipped. The supplier shall notify the point of delivery date and time at least five (5) days in advance of the day of delivery or at the time of loading prior to shipment, whichever is sooner. This notification is needed for the Department to coordinate equipment to unload the shipment at the delivery location. An itemization of all delivered parts shall be provided with each shipment.
