Plumbing Services at various City owned facilities The types of services may include, but are not limited to localized repairs and maintenance such as: General repairs and maintenance to various plumbing fixtures and facilities. Perform various types of services on a variety of plumbing systems, such as: domestic water, rural wells, hot water heating systems, and circulation pumps. Emergency response and after-hours calls. Supply and installation of new fixtures, drains, water lines and sanitary lines. Drain cleaning and inspections. Sump pump repairs and installation. Camera services. Lift stations repairs/service. Hydronic heating service. Water heater repair/service Underground services. All other plumbing services deemed necessary by the City This RFSQ outlines the responsibilities and requirements for the submission, the selection process, the related conditions, and specifications. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any respondent who fails to provide all mandatory information, as required by this RFSQ. Those respondents who consider their firms as having the necessary qualifications are requested to submit all documents as outlined in this RFSQ. All information submitted may be verified. In the event that it is determined that any of the information submitted is inaccurate or misleading, your firm may be disqualified from the RFSQ. Incomplete information may limit your firm's ability to qualify. Nothing in this document should, in any way, be construed to be a condition or term of any yet to be issued service or repair work. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the scope or conditions of projects and this procurement, in any manner, or to discontinue the RFSQ process completely, or if this procurement does not result in a multiple, qualified bids, to re-issue the procurement.
