The project boils down to the production of plans and specifications for construction, excavation and temporary support work, work to supply and install formwork and the required reinforcement, supply work, installation and concrete finishing, the backfilling work of the foundation units, the supply and installation work of the steel structure and the wooden deck, the supply and installation work of the roadway structure and of barriers on approaches as well as the supply and installation of new signaling equipment. All questions relating to calls for tenders must be sent by email no later than eight business days before the deadline for receipt of tenders . The bidder must contact the person responsible for the call for tenders only . Failing this, the City may, at its sole discretion, reject the submission.
