This project is for the complete driving range tee box area renovations, replacement of 17 greens & the putting green, plus the relocation of the 16th green for the Crane Creek Golf Course. The plan drawings include detailed scopes of work for the project construction This project is funded by state or federal funds. The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager. The successful bidder must be able to show a past history of successfully completed similar golf course projects that are compliant with the applicable permits and standards. This experience must include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and the completion of at least 3 HDPE golf irrigation system installation, with similar size and scope. Subcontractors must also be licensed as required by the State and local jurisdiction, as applicable, for the work they will be performing. Contractor, or its sub-contractor(s), shall possess and maintain during the term of this Agreement one of the following licenses and/or certifications Bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the bid. Bid bonds shall be countersigned by an agent having an established place of business in the State of Florida The City of Melbourne is an equal opportunity employer.
