The Mercer County Fiscal Court has the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Requirements for Bid: This Sealed Bid is to include 2 separate bids, each constructing an Animal Shelter Building at the Mercer County Road Department Property. Only one bid/building will be selected for construction. Building Requirements BID #1: 1-40X100 Metal Building: (see drawing) 8-18x10 finished rooms 16-5x10 kennels 1-20x40 Pavilion 16-Exterior kennel concrete pads Bid #2: 1-40X100 Metal Building: (see drawing) 8-11x10 finished rooms 3-10x10 finished rooms 1-10x10 finished room including a 4x4 half bath 16-5x10 kennels 1-20x40 Pavilion 16-Exterior kennel concrete pads Bid should include the following details: -Metal type with Paint and warranty -All material and labor cost associated with construction including concrete, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, and all finishings -Estimated timeline for project
