Washington County is looking to purchase Washington County standard Bosch cameras. Question Submission Deadline:October 5, 2023, 5:00pm Respondents are responsible for checking the site for any addenda to the quote documents before submitting their quotes to the site. Quotes must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b). The County may reject any quote not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all quotes upon a finding of the County it is in the public interest to do so. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the County. Respondents are solely responsible for ensuring receipt of their quote by the Procurement Division. Respondents must conform to the requirements of these quote documents and all related, applicable laws. The County does not intend to pre-qualify any respondents for this project. Scope of work Washington County has standardized their camera type and is looking for a supplier to provide them in various quantities throughout the contracting period for this goods contract. Contract may also include the purchase of camera licensing for additional cameras. County will purchase an initial allotment and at times may order a quantity that varies from a single camera to multiple cameras. County may need a camera that is not a standard and will reach out to contractor for price and availability. 3.3. Camera types Washington County would like quotes for - NIN-63023-A3S / F.O1U.314.817 Dome 2MP HDR 3-9 mm auto IP66 surface cameras with surface mount box. NDP-7602-Z30C / F.01U.381.161 PTZ 2MP 30X starlight in ceiling camera with ceiling mount box. Initial purchase will be a bulk request and future requests could be for either 1 single or up to 6 per order based upon demand and budget so bid for both bulk cost and smaller order pricing.
