A certified or cashiers check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Likewise, the Owner reserves the right to select the lowest and best bid which is in the best interest of the Owner. A Performance Bond and a Material and Labor Payment Bond in amounts equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price shall be furnished by the successful bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Budget somewhere between 1.5 and 2.5 million.
