A. The work of this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to: grading, drainage, concrete trails, site furnishings, pavilion, playground, sprinkler Irrigation, planting, grassing, and landscape maintenance as shown on drawings and specified herein. B. Contractor's Duties: 1. Except as specifically noted, provide and pay for: a. Labor, materials and equipment. b. Tools, construction equipment and machinery. c. Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of work. d. Taxes, when required. 2. Secure and pay for, as necessary for proper execution and completion of work, as applicable at time of receipt of bids, and/or execution of Contract. a. Permits b. Government fees c. Licenses 3. Contractor shall locate irrigation lines, drainage or sewer lines, water, gas, and other utility and electrical service lines, piping and conduits in the work area. Contractor shall not disrupt any existing utility lines. Should any interfere with work notify Landscape Architect for disposition. Scope of Work of the Contract includes the following: Concrete, pavements, furnishings, grading, sprinkler irrigation, planting, grassing, and landscape maintenance.
