Reference Number 0000255087 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/10/05 11:59:00 PM MDT The City of Airdrie is requesting quotations from qualified suppliers for the ongoing supply and delivery of liquid calcium chloride, in a safe manner, for the purpose of ice and snow control and dust abatement/road stabilization. Summer program requires approximately 100,000 litres for dust control. Summer product total chloride active ingredients must be 32%. Winter program requires approximately 300,000 litres. Winter product total chloride active ingredients must be near 32% with a minimum 8% corrosion inhibitors. The City reserves the right to add and or delete quantities on an as needed/required basis to meet facility operational requirements. It is the City's intent to enter a two-year agreement with an option in favor of the City to extend for an additional three years in one-year increments. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three years in one-year increments.
