Contact: Somer Adams at (239) 213-7101 This quote is to seek a vendor to provide the attached list of products and/or all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to perform rehab of Men's Locker/Bathroom damaged by Hurricane IAN Located at 370 Riverside Circle, Naples Fl 34102. Work will be performed as described below. City will provide C&D dumpster for disposal purposes. All ceramic tiles will be removed and replaced. Drywall and insulation removed and replaced as required. Affected areas will be sprayed with anti-microbial agent prior to installation. Door removed and replaced (same type). Paint door trim, install doorknob/handledoor kick panel-stain and finish door. Remove and replace sink to include all plumbing fixtures with ABS plastic. Remove and replace toilet, remove, and replace two paper towel dispensers and replace 1 dispenser provided by City. Remove and replace Urinal Wall hung, commercial type, remove and replace toilet partition (high grade, phenolic type). Remove and replace shower faucet, shower head and floor drain. Remove and replace mirror. Remove lighting and replace with LED type fixtures. Floor will be covered to prevent damage during rehab. If damaged, City will provide flooring only, adhesive and labor is responsibility of vendor. Due to the need of this Locker/Men's bathroom, the vendor will ensure all items to be replaced are on hand as once the project begins there will be no delays or stoppages until completion. NTP will occur once award and Purchase Order have been approved with an expected start time within 60 days of NTP. Expected completion time of 21 working day.
