City of Lincoln, California, will receive bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services for Foskett Park Matting Replacement of approximately 5,155 square feet of rubberized surface. Liquidated Damages 1,000 The project is located at Foskett Regional Park; 1911 Finney Way Lincoln CA 95648. The City reserves the right to postpone the date and time for opening of bids at any time prior to the date and time announced in the advertisement. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate amount of the bid including the highest alternate. Said check or bond shall be made payable to the order of the City of Lincoln, and shall be forfeited to the City of Lincoln if the successful bidder refuses, neglects, or fails to file satisfactory bonds as required by the Contract Documents or to enter into the agreement for construction after being requested to do so by the City. The City of Lincoln reserves all rights to reject any and/or all bids, or to utilize any alternate procedure as authorized by Public Contract Code sections 20166 and 20167. The City also reserves all rights to waive any informality in the bids or bidding. In accordance with the provisions of California Public contract Code section 3300, the City of Lincoln has determined that the following license classification is required to perform this project: Class C-61 or D-12.
