The Town of Edgefield is seeking sealed bids to renovate and paint portions of the Town Gym. Bidders must hold a SC General Contractor s license, proof of insurance, & obtain all necessary permits & business licenses. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. -Remove and dispose of metal roof panels from front entrance structure -Remove and dispose of gutter and downspouts from the front entrance structure -Scrape/sandblast front entrance metal structure to prepare for paint -Prime and paint (2 coats) front entrance metal structure -Pressure wash (clean) front brick of building -Prepare and paint stucco on front of Activity Center -Replace metal roof panels (same gauge as current) on front entrance structure -Prepare and paint front entrance doors and frames -Remove partition wall immediately inside front door and repair floor -Repair cracks in concrete walls (interior) -Paint entire interior from floor to bottom of metal roof truss (prime and two coats) -Paint selection and all colors to be approve by Town of Edgefield
