For furnishing the Pueblo County Department of Public Works - AES Division with the following merchandise, equipment and/or service: Plumbing Systems and Controls - Repair, Replace, and Upgrade All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Purchasing Division at purchasing@pueblocounty.us. Questions must be submitted no later than 10:00 a.m. MT, October 13, 2023. Questions received after this time/date will not be answered. Pueblo County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority, small, disadvantaged & women owned enterprises are encouraged to submit competitive bids for this project. Pueblo County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or informalities. Late bids will not be accepted or considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that his bid is properly delivered to the proper authority at such time and place stipulated in this Invitation for Bid. Bids shall be typewritten or written in ink on the form provided by Pueblo County. The person signing the bid, or an authorized representative of the company shall initial all corrections or erasures made on their bid. All goods shall remain the property of the seller until delivered to and accepted by the Pueblo County. No delivery shall become due or be accepted unless a purchase order shall first have been issued by Pueblo County. Bidder shall not stipulate in his bid any conditions not contained in the specifications, unless specifically requested in the special instructions. Any bid which fails to comply with the literal letter of these instructions and specifications may be rejected forthwith.
