Reference Number 0000330682 Weld County is requesting the cabling at the Weld County SEW Annex facility. The project includes a total of 206 category 6 cables (Color BLUE) from a data closet to the specific locations in the same building. Note: This is a single floor facility. One (1) - 24 strand Corning Single Mode fiber optics using LC connectors utilizing required labelling is to be ran and installed from the SEW MDF Data Closet in the basement of the primary facility to the new Data Closet being constructed in the SEW Annex facility. All associated patch panels and pathways are to be verified and provided by the contractor. A total of Two (2) 19' rack, patch panels, vertical cable management between the racks, ladder rack and all other data closet equipment as specified is required to be installed. Patch cables (Color GREEN) at the specified amount in the details section are required prior to signoff. Specific details will be provided during the mandatory walk-through. The project is considered an all-inclusive cabling turnkey solution. Building electrical diagrams will be provided at the mandatory walk-through. Fiber Installation Requirements: One (1) - 24 Strand Single Mode fiber route as specified is required All fiber optics strands are to be terminated into the Data Closets utilizing the fiber enclosures, bulkheads and LC connectors specified. This is a turnkey solution. All necessary materials and labor will be provided by the contractor company. Install, splice, terminate, and test Single Mode Coring fiber on both ends of each fiber run as specified. Data Closet and Rack Requirements: Provide Two (2) 19" racks and associated cable management and ladder rack as specified. Provide vertical cable management between the 19" racks. Provide ladder rack and associated equipment. Weld County's requested start and full completion dates of the project are as specified; Start: November 1, 2023 Completion: January 31, 2024. If these dates are not obtainable, provide your alternate timeline below. This will be evaluated during the award process. If below dates are left blank, Weld County's proposed dated will be adopted.
