The requested scope of services includes: 1. Mobilize to job site and set up barricades around the designated work areas. 2. Demolish and remove the existing gas pumps, fuel island, concrete and tank sumps. 3. Prepare the area and install canopy footings, new island and tank sumps. 4. Construct and install a new canopy to include the new LED canopy fixtures. The dimensions of the canopy will be up to the discretion of the contractor but must at least large enough to cover the vehicles stationed at the fuel pumps. (or must be approved by Engineer) 5. Supply and install two (2) new tank sumps with all necessary fittings and entry boots. 6. Install new product piping from existing tanks to new fuel sumps. 7. Install new vent lines. 8. Supply and install two (2) new OPW (or equal) spill buckets, two (2) new48inchmanhole,one (1) 18 inch monitoring well cover. 9. Pour and finish 8 inch concrete, (estimated area is 975 square feet). 10. Install two (2) new OPW Global Select (or equal) suction pumps on new fueling island.
