Reference Number 0000330670 CMC wishes to procure turnkey services to provide replacement of existing EV charging stations and the addition of an additional station at each site. Services are to include electrical engineering design, electric services coordination with the local service provider, permitting, new charging stations and a software management system for tracking usage and billing. CMC has secured a "Charge Ahead Colorado" grant to fund part of this work. All quotes will need to meet Charge Ahead Colorado (CAC) program requirements to be considered. Question Acceptance Deadline09/27/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No -- all questions from potential bidders must be submitted to @coloradomtn.edu. Questions Answered October 4, 2023 4:00 p.m CMC wishes to have work completed and chargers installed by November 30, 2023. If lead times are an issue, May 31, 2024 is the goal completion date. *CMC reserves the right to make multiple awards resulting from this RFP or to award no contract at all. The only exception to the use of BidNet is that all questions from potential bidders must be submitted to @coloradomtn.edu. Those questions will then be responded to by addendum posted to BidNet
