The City of Pine Bluff will receive bids from qualified Contractors for the construction of concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt surfacing, landscaping, drainage structures, on-site parallel parking, and crosswalks in conjunction with other streetscape items along Main Street (4th Avenue to 8th Avenue) and a block of 6th Avenue. "Buy America" Requirements, as specified in Title 23 of the United States Code Section 313 and Title 23 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 635.410, apply to this project. This requirement applies to all iron and steel products used on the project. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED that BUY AMERICA PROVISIONS apply to this contract. The Arkansas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, latest edition, Section 106 contains the requirements and restrictions for Buy America. 23 CFR 635.410 contains all federal requirements for Buy America. Addendums to the bid package will be issued through the online MCE Plan Holders List; therefore, all prime bidders shall be responsible for downloading the bid documents from the MCE online plan room in order to be included in the Plan Holders List and submit a bid. Bidders must enter the addenda numbers in the Proposal to verity receipt. Pursuant to Ark. This project is funded wholly in parts by the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
