OPWDD's Long Island DDSO is looking to obtain quotes for Roof Replacement per the attached scope of work. Please be advised, attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. If your company would like to be considered for this project, please review the attached scope of work and any supporting documents. REMINDERS: This is a NYS Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages MUST be paid. Please note there is a mandatory scheduled site visit. When submitting your quote, be sure to include a cost breakdown (materials, labor, and overhead) and list number. Contract term: 21 days of award . In the event modifications are made to the project scope of work, the modifications will be sent in email to all in attendance. Any vendor questions not asked during the site visit must be submitted in writing to: Brooklvn.CMM.Bids@opwdd.ny.gov (within two business days of the site visit: September 25, 2023). Both questions and answers (if any) will be provided to all who attend the site visit via email by: September 27, 2023. (Remove and replace roofing and gutters for the house.). The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 21 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of (Remove and replace APPROX. 7200 sqft of roofing), before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent.
