Contract consists of the construction of approximately 706 lineal feet of sanitary sewers 15-inches in diameter and appurtenances to be constructed. Located east of Tesson Ferry Road and south of Gravois Road, in the City of unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Bids will be received only from Companies that are pre-qualified by the district's Engineering Department for Sewer Construction Unincorporated St. Louis County Drain Layers license Required. The metropolitan St. Louis sewer district is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Engineers Opinion of Probable cost for this project is $1,143,000. The Proposals shall be Accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a bank or trust Company in St. louis county or in the city of St. Louis or by Bidder's bond , for an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount as bid security to the district. the contractor shall commence work within 10 days after the date of written notice from the district to begin and shall complete all work within 270 calendar days after the expansion of such 10 days period. The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 706 lineal feet of sanitary sewers 15-inches in diameter and appurtenances to be constructed in an area located east of Tesson Ferry Road and south of Gravois Road, in the City of unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. The Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost for this project is $1,143,000.
