The Project consists of general site preparation and the construction of the following improvements for the Mill Creek Wet Weather Storage Facility: 1. Installation of a 5.3 MG below grade cast-in-place concreate storage tank including tipping buckets, cleaning nozzles, and accessories and; 2. Installation of a cast-in-place concrete diversion structure and 30 MGD pump station including four submersible pumps, piping, overflow weir gate, access hatches and; 3. Installation of a control building including switchgear, variable frequency drives, pump station controls, restroom, mechanical room, generator and; 4. Installation of an odor control system and foundation and; 5. Installation of a pre-engineered metal maintenance building for JCPRD and; 6. Installation of an asphalt access road, dual box culvert with wing walls, site grading, all necessary utilities and; construction of the Mill Creek Wet Weather Storage Facility for Johnson CountyWastewater. This project comprises a 5.3 million gallon underground concrete storage tank, a 30 MGD pump station, and associated equipment and appurtenances. No questions will be answered prior to the Pre-Bid meeting. All questions will be submitted and answered Via Electronically Questions must be submitted via IonWave no later than 12:00PM CDT on October 23, 2023, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
