If no Addenda are issued in association with the Bidder's request, the proposed Equal shall be considered rejected. The Contract Documents may also be viewed during normal business hours at the following locations: GPD Group 520 South Main Street Suite 253 Akron, Ohio 44311 To be considered, proposals must be made on the forms furnished with the Construction Documents and must contain the name of every person interested therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond (per section 153.571 (ORC) in the amount of (100%) of the highest aggregate amount of the base bid plus all add alternates submitted by the bidder, or a certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of that bid. This project is funded by ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) funds and subject to the requirements of the Davis Bacon and Related Acts requiring the payment of Prevailing Wages. The Maple Heights City School District reserves the right to waive informalities, to accept or reject any and all or parts of any and all bids, in whole or part or any combination thereof or award the contract to other than the lowest bidder.
