HA7} Report No.: HG2210273 The project entails the widening of nearly 8,000 linear feet of existing channel and the conversion of an existing retention basin to a detention basin via the over excavation of the basin bottom and installation of concrete weir structure that will outfall to the subject channel. There is a total 60 acres that are planned for clear and grubbing to allow for the excavation of this project. The proposed channel improvements are on a jurisdictional stream and no excavation below the ordinary high-water mark as delineated on the plans will be allowed. An individual permit from the United States Corps of Engineers (USACE) has been attained for this project number SWG-2022-00550. Several acres of wetlands will be impacted as part of this project and wetland mitigation credits have been purchased from a wetland mitigation bank. In addition to the channel and basin improvements, there are several potential storm sewer, water line, and sanitary sewer relocations allocated under alternate bid items. There is also some partial street reconstruction. Another bid alternate bid item is the repair of an existing spillway Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to City of Patton Village in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. City of Patton Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
