Potential bidders must review the bid package upon receipt to identify any questions and/or issues. Any/all questions should be submitted in a single request for addendum. Questions must be received by the City Wednesday at Noon prior to the scheduled opening. No oral interpretations or instructions given by any city employee or any other person shall apply.
