Skagit Regional Airport - Rehabilitate Runway 4-22 Est. Value Notes: $550,000 and $650,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Port of Skagit County is seeking a qualified contractor to construct the Rehabilitate Runway 4-22 project at the Skagit Regional Airport. Major elements of work for the project include cold milling, asphalt pavement overlay, pavement marking, and miscellaneous work associated with the project. The Bidder must agree that the requirements and conditions of employment be observed and minimum wage rates, as established by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, including any appropriate amendments be paid under the contract. Before a contract will be awarded for the work contemplated herein, the successful bidder will be required to meet the requirements of the Bidder Responsibility Criteria, as stated in the Contract Documents, in order to be considered a responsible bidder. No bid for a construction contract shall be received or considered by the Port of Skagit unless the Bidder is registered with the Washington State Department of Licensing, as required by RCW 18.27. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents.
