Coulee City Medical Clinic and Library For the construction of: COULEE CITY MEDICAL CLINIC & LIBRARY GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT NO. 4 COULEE CITY, WA 99115 This project shall be bid using Prevailing Wages - Grant County. A Base Bid and Alternates is requested for all associated work within each section. Note that the costs associated with the bid and any additional work, exclusion and/or clarifications must be clearly provided with bid. Bids will be opened with bidders present at the aforementioned time and place and read orally. The Owner will analyze and a bid will be selected based on bid price, budget, scope of work proposal, exclusions/additions and other criteria deemed important to the Owner and per Bidding Specifications. Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with project bidding and contract document requirements and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check made payable City of Coulee, Coulee City, WA 99115, in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total amount of the base bid. The Board of Directors may also make further calls for bids in the same manner as the original call. The Board of Directors also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities.
