SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this is to replace existing "Longmark" homes that are sub-standard and construct 33 new units to replace the existing Longmark homes to include demolition/abatement of twenty five (25) units and construction of three (3) Family homes (1 and 2 bedroom, 1 HC), six (6) Quadplex multi-family homes (1 and 2 bedroom), and three (3) Duplex multi-family homes (2 bedroom). Additional new staff quarters are needed for the non-local positions to meet the housing shortage that has impaired recruitment for "non-local" employees at the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility (CHF) in Crownpoint, New Mexico.
