The scope of work generally includes the following: Demolition of existing hot water supply and return double walled piping from the Lab building to the Grit building and the Main Pump Station addition. Provision and installation of a new hot water supply and return double walled piping from the Lab building to the Grit building and the Main Pump Station addition. Demolition and replacement of rooftop hot water heating and ventilating unit GF- HV-1 located on the roof of the Grit building, and the demolition of five modular condensing boilers located in the lab building. Provision and installation of three new condensing boilers and appurtenances. Excavation and replacement of curbing, paving, sidewalk, grass, etc. associated with the demolition and installation of underground piping. Additional items shown on the contract documents.
