The project scope includes utility construction within three separate sites in the City of Grapevine, Texas. Construction includes the replacement of existing sanitary sewer lines by open cut, by other than open cut and by pipe bursting methods. Also included is 6" waterline replacements within Anglers Plaza. All long side sanitary sewer services on main lines to be pipe bursted are to be replaced by pipe bursting methods with 4" HDPE (DR-21) pipe. The short side services on main lines to be pipe bursted are to be open cut and replaced with 4" SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer pipe. All long side water service are to be bored. SNAKEY LANE SITE: Construction includes the installation of a new 18" sanitary sewer main within Snakey Lane and the abandonment of an existing 15" sanitary sewer main. Snakey Lane roadway is to be replaced with new 8" asphalt paving for the entire length of 18" sanitary sewer main installation. Construction includes varying sizes of drop inlets, varying sizes of RCP, a flared winged concrete headwall, and roadside ditch improvements. The storm drain system will require 6" waterline relocations along Lakeridge Drive.
