The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plant to construct F.M. 1463 Utility Relocations. The project includes relocating 450 LF of 8" waterline by trenchless construction from STA 2347+31 to STA 2351+62, 500 LF of 8" gravity sanitary sewer by trenchless construction from STA 2347+26 to STA 2351+52, and 870 LF of 12" waterline by open cut from STA 2352+74 to STA 2360+66. Existing utilities will be abandoned by removal of above ground utilities from STA 2347+20 to STA 2360+66. Appurtenances including 5 Flushing valve assemblies, 5 gate valves, 4 sanitary manholes, 4 service reconnections, and 4 connections to existing utilities will be included at the appropriate spacing and locations to meet the City of Houston Design criteria. Trench safety for all pits and open cut portions, Traffic control, Storm water pollution prevention and site restoration of all disturbed areas will occur throughout the project as needed. Question Deadline 10/04/2023 at 5:00 PM CT cashier's check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner.
