The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (the "Aviation Authority") is soliciting interested parties to provide Traffic Management Services to ensure the courteous, safe, and expeditious movement of both vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the terminals' curbs. This is accomplished through managing vehicle activity and provide customer assistance at the curbs at the Orlando International Airport. The selected Proposer(s) will perform responsibilities as specified by the Transportation Security Administration. The Agreement, if awarded following the Solicitation process, commence on or about February 1, 2024 for a five year term. The Aviation Authority has set a MWBE participation goal of twenty-five percent (25%), for this solicitation. The Contractor employees assigned to this Contract shall not be allowed to engage in secondary employment with any enterprise doing business at the Orlando International Airport without prior approval of and at the sole discretion of the Aviation Authority Authorized Representative. Question Submission Deadline: October 3, 2023, 5:00pm
