Work areas include all sidewalks within Eriksdale, front of the Eriksdale Fire Hall, wellness center parking lot and sidewalk, restrictive back lanes (where the grader cannot fit), as well as general cleanup behind the town grader (residential/business accesses, etc.). Any requested work outside of this description may be done under the set rates if mutually agreed upon by the Municipality and the Contractor. It is anticipated that a skid steer will be the primary piece of equipment used, although the use of a loader and tandem truck would be useful as well if possible. This contract will be for a 2-season term, including the 2023/2024, and 2024/2025 winter seasons.
