On behalf of the Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners, we are requesting qualifications for the following: Construction Management - At Risk Services for the Tulsa County HQ 3rd and 6th Floor Renovation Attached are the specifications. Proposer shall state if his/her Statement of Qualifications strictly meet these specifications, and if not, shall list each variation therefrom Proposers delivering their Statement of Qualifications in person must wait until a County Clerk employee receives and time stamps the bid before leaving. Late submissions will not be accepted. The "Qualifications Affidavit" and "Conflict of Interest Affidavit" forms must have all blank spaces filled in with original signature and must be notarized and returned with proposal or proposal will not be accepted. Proposer shall also return a completed W-9 form with the proposal. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any Statement of Qualifications. BACKGROUND AND PROJECT SCOPE The Tulsa County Board of County Commissioners purchased the nine story Tulsa County HQ Administration Building, sited at 218 W. 6th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2017. The building was originally constructed in the late 1950's, expanded in the 1960's, and previously housed the offices of Community Care. In 2021, Tulsa County completed a substantial renovation of the building, leaving the third and sixth floor to be remodeled at a later date. The Project consists of the alteration of the third and sixth floor of the HQ building, including but not limited to demolition, construction, HVAC and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. For this project, Tulsa County has selected and engaged GH2 Architects for Architectural and Engineering Services. The Project Manual and drawings can be viewed and downloaded from the Tulsa County Vendor Portal. This building will remain occupied and business as usual throughout the project, with exception to the floors in which renovation is taking place. Question Deadline 10/13/2023 at 5:00 PM CT
