Construction of Sewage Works for Dayton. The bidder shall submit a work history showing the satisfactory completion of two recent technically similar projects with a value of $500,000 or more. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid to insure the execution of the Contract for which such bid is made. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, and to negotiate with any and all bidders The work to be bid upon is in one (1) Contract and consists of the following approximate quantities together with all necessary appurtenances. Removal of eight aerial stream crossings and replacement of seven aerial creek crossings in size from 16-inch to 8-inch diameter including required manholes and gravity sewer. If any Contractor contemplating the submission of a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Plans, Specifications, or other proposed Contract Documents, he should submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to C E Designers, Inc., 108 East Commercial Avenue, Monterey, Tennessee 38574.
